MindNudge is an asynchronous audio microcoaching app designed to complement, not replace, traditional coaching. The idea? Quick, focused coaching nudges delivered via voice messages. Users get short, powerful questions that help them reflect and move forward — all on their own schedule. No need for video calls or face-to-face meetings, just authentic audio conversations that can be replayed anytime.
The app aims to break down the barrier of starting coaching by making it low-commitment and approachable. It’s like a micro-taste of coaching that encourages users to eventually dive deeper if they want to.
I led the entire UX & UI design for the MindNudge app and the accompanying web landing page. My responsibilities included:
MindNudge wasn’t just about sending quick audio messages - we packed in some cool, smart tools to make coaching feel truly next-level:
Think of it as the coach’s personal sidekick, whispering handy tips and tricks. This AI-powered chat helps the nudger come up with interactive techniques, clever questions, or fresh ideas to nudge the user forward. It’s like having a brainstorming buddy that never sleeps - always ready to spark creativity and keep the coaching sessions lively.
Right at the start, users get a questionnaire that helps tailor their coaching experience. But it doesn’t stop there - interactive tools sprinkled throughout the app encourage deeper reflection and engagement, making the whole microcoaching thing feel less like homework and more like a thoughtful conversation.
Behind the scenes, I designed an administration dashboard for the companies using MindNudge. Admins can track statistics, manage users, and get insights that help them see the bigger picture. Because even coaches need coaching sometimes, right?
