Hi, I’m Dariia, a Senior Product Designer who doesn’t think design stops at screens.
‍I don’t just design things - I design how things work: apps, flows, teams, timelines, Goodreads libraries, French-learning routines… basically anything that can be made smoother, smarter or more meaningful. I thrive in chaos by creating systems.

I’m a Senior Product Designer with a focus on UX & Innovation design, living in Prague (originally from Ukraine). I also speak Czech fluently (C1 and counting).

Over the past 5 years, I’ve worked across the full product spectrum: UX research, service design, UI, early-stage discovery. I’m most at home in the fuzzy beginnings of projects, helping shape ideas into testable, tangible concepts - and then into real things that people actually use (and ideally love).

Last year, I swapped some Figma time for spreadsheets and stepped into the role of Chief of Operations at our 12-person studio. I started as a COO trainee under our CEO, and quickly took over operations: from managing teams, projects and capacity planning, to wrangling cash flow, invoices, google sheets. Turns out, my obsession with structure translates well from design systems to, well, actual systems.

What i do (and genuinely enjoy)

UX & UI Design
From wireframes to pixels, I design user-centered interfaces that don’t just look good, but make sense. I focus on clarity, flow and function, always keeping the user in mind.
Innovation Design
Triple Diamond is my happy place. I work across the full innovation lifecycle - from early discovery and problem framing to prototyping and piloting. Whether it’s exploring ideas or making them real, I love turning fuzzy into functional.
Operations & Team Management
Keeping teams on track and projects moving - with clear communication, thoughtful planning and just enough structure to avoid micromanaging. I work across tools like Asana, spreadsheets, Slack or simple calendars (color-coded, of course).
Discovery
Working closely with researchers, I contribute by helping write interview scenarios, assist in user testing and support qualitative research efforts to gather meaningful insights.
No-Code Development (Webflow)
Not my strongest focus, but well within my capabilities. I can efficiently build responsive websites using Webflow - mostly using templates, components and light custom code to deliver clean, functional results when needed.
